Cancellation or Rescheduling by A2zseminarportal:
A2zseminarportal reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any webinar event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient registrations (e.g., less than 5 participants) or situations beyond our control. Participants will be notified of any event cancellation 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
In the event of cancellation, registered participants will receive a full refund. To request a refund, please email us with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
Participants may opt to attend a different webinar of equal value at a future date and time. To make this arrangement, please email us with details of the webinar you purchased and the webinar you wish to attend.
Alternatively, participants may request a recording or transcript of the cancelled webinar at no extra charge.
Participant Cancellation:
Individual participants may cancel their webinar registration for any reason. To cancel, please notify A2zseminarportal at least 2 working days before the scheduled event date.
Failure to cancel registration at least two working days before the event, or failure to attend the webinar, will result in no refunds being processed.
If a participant misses a live webinar, they may request a recorded webinar or transcript of the same event at no additional cost.
Package Cancellation Policy:
Clients registered under any Package/Plan may cancel the service within 30 calendar days from the date of registration. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@a2zseminarportal.com.
Failure to cancel the Package within the specified time frame will result in no refund being issued.
