A) Digital Goods Delivery

International and Domestic Buyers: All orders for digital goods are delivered online via email.

Order Processing: Orders are processed and delivered within 3-5 business days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Guarantee: A2Z Seminar Portal guarantees to send the digital goods to the email address provided at the time of order within 3-5 business days from the date of order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation. However, A2Z Seminar Portal is not liable for any delays caused by technical issues beyond our control.

Delivery Address: Delivery of all digital goods will be made to the email address provided by the buyer during the order process.

Confirmation of Delivery: Delivery of our digital goods will be confirmed via the email ID specified during registration.

B) In Case of Hardcopy Materials

International Buyers: For international buyers, hardcopy materials are delivered via registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.

Domestic Buyers: For domestic buyers, hardcopy materials are delivered via registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

Order Processing: Hardcopy orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. The delivery schedule is subject to the norms of the courier company or post office.

Delivery Guarantee: A2Z Seminar Portal guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 business days from the date of order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation. However, A2Z Seminar Portal is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities.

Delivery Address: Delivery of all hardcopy orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer during the order process.
